Yes — $150 covers the whole build: up to 5 pages, custom design, mobile optimization, SEO setup, social sharing previews, a contact form, and getting it live on your domain. The only things you pay for separately are your domain name (usually $10–15/year, in your name) and hosting, which for a site this size is typically free. Anything outside the package gets quoted before we start it.

There's no catch, but it's a fair question. The price works because the scope is deliberately narrow and the operation is deliberately small — one developer, no sales team, no office, no account managers taking a cut. We're also early and building a portfolio, so the price reflects that. What we won't do is quietly cut corners: you get the same SEO, performance, and security setup either way.

Most sites go live within about a week of you sending your content — sometimes in 2–3 days. The build itself is fast; the slow part is usually waiting on photos and text. If your material is ready, we can move quickly.

Your logo if you have one, some photos of your work or premises, a list of your services, your hours and service area, and your contact details. If you don't have photos we'll work with quality stock imagery. You don't need to write anything polished — describe the business in plain language and we'll handle the wording.

100%. The code, the content, the domain, and the hosting account are all in your name from day one. We hand over every login at launch along with a walkthrough. If you ever want to move to another developer, you just take it with you — there's nothing to unlock and no one to ask.

Yes, and we'd encourage it. Tell us about your business and we'll mock up your homepage for free so you can see the actual design before committing. If you don't like it, you owe nothing and we part on good terms.

50% to start and 50% when the site goes live. We accept card, Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer. You'll get a proper invoice for your records, and nothing is charged before you've seen and approved the design direction.

Two rounds of revisions are included, and the job isn't done until you're happy with it. Because you see a free homepage mockup before paying, there's rarely a nasty surprise later — you'll know roughly what you're getting from the start.

We build in the foundations: clean page titles and descriptions, proper heading structure, image alt text, a sitemap, robots.txt, fast load times, and Google Search Console verification. That makes you findable — especially for your own business name and local searches. Ranking above established competitors for competitive terms takes ongoing content and reviews, which is a longer game we can talk about separately.

Yes — redesigns are a big part of what we do. Sites that look dated, break on phones, or load slowly are usually the easiest wins. Send us your current URL and we'll tell you honestly whether a rebuild is worth it, or whether you'd be better off fixing a few things on what you already have.

Absolutely. We work remotely with clients in any country and any time zone, in English, and invoice in USD. Everything happens over email and messaging, so there's no need for calls at awkward hours unless you want one.
